Passionate Confident Leaders is a dedicated organization focused on empowering girls to nurture their self-love, build confidence, find their talents and develop leadership skills. Established by CEO Jamila on September 15, 2022, PCL began its journey with just 10 girls, guiding them to become inspiring leaders.

We provide enriching after-school programs, workshops, summer program and activities in various fields, such as cooking, baking, dancing, singing, acting, athletics, fashion, and poetry and more.

At PCL, our mission is to empower girls to become confident leaders, discover their unique talents, and prepare for a successful future. We are committed to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where girls can grow, pursue their goals with purpose, and enjoy every step of their journey. Through personal development and community engagement, we aim to help them make a meaningful impact in their lives and the world around them.
